Translator’s Earpiece

This tiny molded earpiece (which requires a succcessful Spot check, DC 20, to notice) lets the wearer speak and understand the language of any intelligent creature, whether it is a racial tongue or regional dialect (as per the tonguesspell, albeit continuously). It does not allow the wearer to understand or transcribe written foreign languages.
